Senior Manager, IT Platform Engineering — Fixed Term

ŌURA is looking for an experienced enterprise IT leader to own the identity, endpoint, network, remote-access, and platform programs that keep its global workforce operating. This fixed-term, remote US-East role fits ITSG readers with a hands-on infrastructure foundation who now lead senior IT engineering teams and cross-functional programs. What you would work on: - Lead senior IT platform engineers across identity, endpoint, and security engineering. - Own identity maturation, PAM deployment, network-as-a-service delivery, remote-access modernization, and joiner/mover/leaver automation. - Guide architecture reviews, identity design decisions, vendor validation, delivery milestones, and technical escalations. - Partner with Security, GRC, Legal, People, and Finance on compliance-ready platform programs. Good fit if: - You have 8+ years in enterprise IT and 3+ years managing technical teams at or above senior-manager level. - You have personally operated identity platforms, MDM/UEM, network infrastructure, and Okta or comparable IAM environments. - You understand IGA, PAM, SCIM provisioning, multi-cloud infrastructure, and compliance controls. - You are comfortable joining a rotating on-call schedule for critical IT infrastructure incidents.
