Senior Platform Engineer

Phaidra is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to own internal developer-platform capabilities for its remote industrial AI team. IT Support Group readers with platform, SRE, Kubernetes, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code experience will find a hands-on role focused on developer experience and operational reliability.
What you would work on:
- Build golden paths, service templates, and self-service deployment and operations workflows.
- Improve ArgoCD GitOps, Atlantis/Terraform automation, GitLab CI, and progressive delivery patterns.
- Develop shared SLI/SLO and observability capabilities using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry.
- Embed secure defaults for secrets, IAM, RBAC, and network policies while supporting Kubernetes and GCP foundations.
- Join the platform on-call rotation and reduce operational toil through automation and system improvements.
Good fit if:
- You have 5+ years in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or SRE.
- You have production cloud, GitOps, Terraform, and internal developer-platform experience.
- You can build libraries, CLIs, or APIs and lead technical initiatives across teams.
- Kubernetes, GitLab CI, observability, and AI/ML infrastructure experience are valuable.
