Leicht Digital is hiring an IT support person for non-profit customers in Berlin, which is a direct fit for ITSG readers who like practical user support, endpoint work, and making cloud collaboration tools behave for real teams.
What you would work on:
- Handle first- and second-level support requests through Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email.
- Set up, deliver, and recover end-user devices for onboarding and offboarding.
- Support macOS and Windows endpoints, software installs, updates, Intune patch rollout, and Apple enrollment help.
- Help users with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace issues including mailboxes, SharePoint, OneDrive, Drive, Teams, Meet, permissions, and licenses.
- Document ticket resolutions, write short user guides, and surface repeat issues to IT administration for standardization.
Good fit if:
- You have Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration training or comparable hands-on experience.
- You are comfortable explaining MFA, password managers, phishing basics, and everyday IT issues to non-technical users.
- You can work with Berlin non-profit customers and occasionally support on-site hardware delivery, small trainings, and simple network topics.
