Senior Infrastructure Engineer

The senior sysadmin role for someone who's been running Windows/Linux/VMware for 5+ years and wants to stop being the most senior person in a 4-person IT department. Presidio is a global digital services and solutions provider working with enterprise and mid-market customers across cloud, security, collaboration, and infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and support customer infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization, networking) - Lead migration projects from on-prem to hybrid or cloud architectures - Mentor junior engineers and review designs - Engage directly with customer technical leadership on architecture and roadmap Requirements: - 5+ years enterprise infrastructure experience - Deep Windows Server AND Linux administration skills - Hands-on VMware vSphere experience (NSX, vSAN a plus) - Scripting (PowerShell required, Python or Bash a plus) - Strong customer-facing communication skills - Industry certs (VCP, MCSE, RHCSA, etc.) valued Fully remote within the US.
