Cloud Release Quality Manager

This remote release-operations role fits ITSG readers who sit between cloud engineering, QA, and DevOps and enjoy making deployments more predictable. Legion needs someone to coordinate cloud releases, improve release quality, and automate repetitive readiness work. What you would work on: - Plan end-to-end release timelines and coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Operations. - Run readiness checkpoints and go/no-go meetings for features, infrastructure changes, hotfixes, and production releases. - Automate release reporting, checklist validation, ticket triage, and readiness checks with scripts or AI agents. - Integrate automation with CI/CD tooling and maintain compliance artifacts for SOC and ISO audits. - Track defects, post-release signals, and recurring issues to improve release processes. Good fit if: - You have 1-3 years of release management experience in SaaS, PaaS, or cloud-native environments. - You understand Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. - You have hands-on automation experience using scripts, LLM APIs, or low-code agent tools. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Argo, Jenkins, Playwright, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 is helpful.
