Cloud Infrastructure Manager

IDEX is looking for a technical infrastructure leader to shape and operate enterprise cloud services across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. This role fits IT Support Group readers with deep cloud operations, architecture, security, governance, and infrastructure leadership experience. What you would work on: - Define enterprise cloud strategy and architecture for scalable, resilient, and secure multi-cloud services. - Oversee compute, storage, networking, containers, monitoring, logging, incidents, and root-cause analysis. - Establish infrastructure-as-code, landing-zone, deployment, governance, and cost-management practices. - Lead cloud migrations, workload modernization, vendor relationships, and infrastructure projects. - Enforce IAM, encryption, Azure Policy, PIM, GDPR, and CMMC controls in partnership with cybersecurity teams. Good fit if: - You have hands-on Azure expertise plus experience with AWS or GCP cloud architecture and operations. - You have used Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation and managed virtual machines, Kubernetes, storage, networking, and databases. - You understand cloud migrations, identity and access management, observability, and enterprise service management. - You can lead teams and communicate technical standards to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
