Triage Security Analyst

Entry-level SOC role at Arctic Wolf, one of the largest MDR shops in the US. Help desk → SOC is a real path here. Arctic Wolf still hires people with 0-2 years of SOC experience and trains them up through their Concierge Security model. Responsibilities: - Monitor customer environments for security events using Arctic Wolf's platform - Triage alerts, validate true/false positives, and escalate confirmed incidents - Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (SOC operates 24/7/365) - Document findings clearly for customer-facing security experts Requirements: - 0-2 years security or IT experience (help desk background welcome) - Basic understanding of networking, Windows, and common attack patterns - Willingness to learn — Arctic Wolf trains aggressively - Clear written communication Fully remote.
