Jack Henry Sr. System Administrator

PenFed is hiring a Remote Sr. System Administrator for their Commercial Real Estate technology platform. Responsibilities: - Configure, test and implement new system enhancements (business rules, custom input forms, workflows, third-party integrations) - Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users - Act as subject matter expert for all CRE platform products - Work closely with leadership teams and department heads to develop application strategies - Translate business requirements into technical solutions Requirements: - 2+ years experience in CRE technology platforms - In-depth knowledge of Jack Henry ecosystem (LoanVantage, Synergy, Cognos, Silverlake) - Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills - Experience using AI tools preferred Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, PTO, and annual bonus eligibility.
