Technical Support Engineer (MSP-Facing)

NinjaOne is the RMM platform used by thousands of MSPs globally. This support engineer role puts you face-to-face with MSP techs who need help configuring monitoring, patching, scripting, and automation on the NinjaOne platform.
If you've been in an MSP for 2+ years, this is a sideways move that opens up every other RMM vendor job market (Datto, N-able, Kaseya, ConnectWise, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to MSP customers via chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot deployment, monitoring, patching, and scripting issues
- Write internal KB articles and customer-facing guides
- Escalate product bugs and enhancement requests to engineering
Requirements:
- 2+ years MSP or IT support experience
- Strong Windows administration skills; Mac/Linux experience a plus
- PowerShell scripting (you'll help customers write scripts regularly)
- Excellent written communication
